The need to provide an access code to enter Evernote has disappeared

Since a week or so I am no longer asked to enter an access code (PIN) when opening Evernote. I want to have such PIN on Evernote as an extra security measure to safeguard my notes. How can I put back that function?

Same comment as above! I am surprised that this level of security has been omitted. Now I must sign in and sign out again to safeguard my info.

Can somebody advise how to reinstate the access pin code option ?

I'm a long-time Evernote user and AFAIK it has never been possible to lock the application without signing out of it.  Could you have been using a screenlock in your OS instead?

Nobody posted an OS here - oh, it is not necessary, let these guys guess.

Without the OS named I can only state that it works perfectly in iOS. On desktops it doesn’t exist.

For me the case is closed, what I use is covered.
