Hello everyone,

 

I'm encountering an issue where I want to access an old Evernote account but the problem is it was create using my work email at that point (even bought professional with it).

 

Now I haven't used the account since months but I would definitely want to get some of my notes back.

 

Is there a way to get an email reset by providing proof of payment or anything that would prove that it was my account?

You'll need to ask for help from support.  You can open a ticket in the Account area...

Hi.  Note that if you can still log in with your old email address,  you'll be able to change it in the app...
