Images show in thumbnail but not in note

I took several pictures with Evernote and saved and closed the note. The thumbnails show in both my phone and desktop application. When I click in the note it is blank. Is there anyway for me to retrieve the photos?

Log into the web version of EN and see if the images are there. If they are its a local issue with the app on your computer. Reinstall and install to see if it fixes it.

If not and you pay for EN check the version history of the note.

It's not on the web version either. I dont pay for EN, only free version.

The thumbnail does show up on every device though.

When there is a thumbnail, there have been that picture on that note at a point in time. The thumbnail is created on the server, which means the content has reached the server, and should be recorded in note history.

To go back to this point in time, you need to access your Note History. It run for all accounts all the time, but access is a subscribers feature.

@PinkElephantThanks for this info! I went ahead and created a paid account. I have access to note history but it still is not showing any images. in any versions of the note

The note info says "Size: 28mb", so it seems like something is there.

Any other suggestions?
