Is there anyone awake at Evernote to address a problem?

For the last several months I've experienced an issue with note conflicts and it must have happened with an update because this issue did not happen for the few years before. Each time I update a note on my phone, when I visit my laptop later in the day and open Evernote, that note will create a duplicate note because of a note conflict. So I must resolve the conflict and combine the notes and delete one of the notes. How is this a common occurrence with this app? Why did Evernote take away the sync option as well? I posted in another forum and nobody was able to address this issue.

Zero note conflicts on my side …

Have you already tried to log out of all clients simultaneously ? Solved ? 

As a next step, you could uninstall on the phone and PC. On the PC use Revo Uninstaller to clean the local data - the Windows Uninstaller will not do the job. Then download fresh, install and log in. It will build a new copy of the local database.

Edit: On a Mac do the same, just use AppCleaner.
