Insightly Integration - Formatting Issues

For the last couple years I have linked Evernote to my Insightly CRM account, allowing me to view my notes through Insightly.

In the past week, I noticed that when viewed in my web browser (Chrome), the notes contain all the formatting codes. Here is just a sample:

Is it an Evernote change in how things are being displayed, or is an Insightly issue?

Hi, and welcome to the forums. That's going to be a tough question to answer. I presume you're also asking it in the Insightly support spaces. I'm not familiar with Insightly, so I can't offer anything, and I'm not even sure how you could test where the problem lies.. You may need to reach out to tech support for both apps. (This is mainly a user-to-user forum here.)

From looking at the official EN pages, Insightly is not listed as an integration.

This means they may access an EN account via the API, but that's probably all EN will know about this.

I think the problem must be discussed at the Insightly end of the pipeline.
