I suspected that would be the case...thanks for the insight.

For the last couple years I have linked Evernote to my Insightly CRM account, allowing me to view my notes through Insightly. In the past week, I noticed that when viewed in my web browser (Chrome), the notes contain all the formatting codes. Here is just a sample: <div><br> </div> <div>We have been involved with SAS for about 5 years.&nbsp; Sonja, my wife, has taken the lead on that, but she resigned&nbsp;her call last October to take another call.&nbsp; Unfortunately, the entire Stewardship Committee has resigned since then, not out of any ill feelings but because they have served on the committee too long and took Sonja's resignation as an opportunity.&nbsp; So while I am familiar with SAS, and how we do this will not be foreign to the congregation, we are starting over with a brand new team.&nbsp; So we may need a little more guidance than we would have otherwise needed.&nbsp;&nbsp;</div> <div>&nbsp; </div> <div><br> </div> <div> Is it an Evernote change in how things are being displayed, or is an Insightly issue?
