Lost all my notes

Hello,

I only use Evernote web version and Ive lost all my notes a couple of months ago. I had created multiple notebooks and I can still see the notebooks but my notes have disappeared and they are not in the deleted folder either. I know for a fact that I did not delete them so this is quite odd. Ive been trying to connect with anyone from the support team and they are all non-responsive. 

Can anyone help me? These are important notes that I need for my work and I dont know what to do anymore.

Hi.  We're mainly all users here and you really need to reach out to Support for assistance.  We've never had a confirmed case of notes going missing (AFAIK) so it's a puzzle to work out why you can still see notebooks but they have no content.  Have you restarted your device recently?  Tried a new browser?  What is your OS and browser of choice anyway?

@schartouny If you are using the web client, have you already checked if you are on the new or the old version of the editor ?

It is in account information, personal settings, v10+ client.

Thank you for the suggestion. I just happened to upgrade my MacOS to Monterey and logged in again through the chrome browser and all my notes appeared again.
