Latest Version of Evernote Crashes.

Hello All,

I have a Samsung Galaxy s6, and my app started to crash last night. I tried to reinstall and uninstall the app. I have also tried to restart my phone. I even tried to clear cache and data. Nothing works. Yet all of my other apps work just fine. How do I fix this?

Contact Evernote support via support ticket on the web. You should confirm which version of the app you installed.

Hello,

The latest one that I have is Version 10.31. I've already tried to reinstall and uninstall it. I also did contact Evernote about it. I haven't heard back.

Support usually sends a confirmation mail within minutes. If you didn’t receive it, something is amiss.

Meanwhile you could try to reset the cache: On Android go to settings of your device, then go to "Apps" and search for Evernote. Then click on Storage and at the very bottom is "Clear Cache". Click on it and restart your device and Evernote.

I've already cleared the cache. I already mentioned it in the post. It doesn't work. And I don't know if I received a confirmation email. This time, it did work for a little bit. And before I sync that to my laptop, it crashed again.

As it was already posted, ask support.

Just as an idea: There have been weird interaction with installed 3rd party keyboards.
