Rod Strother 0
I was transferring all my data to my new phone and I reset my old phone to factory settings. However when I checked my Evernote data it hadn't synced. I now can't see any of my data in my Evernote in the new phone. How can I retrieve it?? I have everything on there from passwords to pictures of my two dogs who passed away. Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 12,085 Posted February 25, 2022 Level 5* Share Posted February 25, 2022 Hi. Simply copying your data between devices doesn't work with mobiles, especially if you are a 'free' user with access limited to 2 devices. Sign out of the app and restart your 'phone, then log back in. You may have to disconnect your old phone to gain access. 1 Link to comment
Level 5 PinkElephant 8,863 Posted February 25, 2022 Level 5 Share Posted February 25, 2022 Keeping passwords in an EN account is VERY bad practice. Get yourself a password manager, and stop storing critical information in a note taking tool like EN. It is not build for that use. 1 Link to comment
