On Windows you can try this:

  1. Go to File > Sign Out [name] from the menu bar.
  2. Select the "Remove my Evernote data from this device" option, then click Sign out.
  3. Restart your computer.
  4. Sign back in to Evernote
It will remove the local database, and download it fresh from the EN server. It is better not to use the client while it downloads.

Ever since I've have my new phone, I cannot create a new note.

It's a huge struggle for me, as I store all my activities and thought process on Evernote.

It's really becoming a worry now.

Please urgently assist.

Also, could you say a little more about exactly what is happening? Are you able to sign in and see your existing notes on the new phone? What happens when you tap the green + New button?

Hi.

Yes, I'm able to see my existing notes.

When I tap on the green + new button, it's all, greyed out. There is heading and content section. I have attached a, screenshot of what it looks like.
