After windows update, Evernote can't be launched

I have the latest Evernote installed in my windows 10 pro. After the windows upgrade couple of days ago, the Evernote is not operating anymore. Issue details: When I launch Evernote, it shows up in the bottom task bar, but when you click the icon there's no window show up.

In the simplest of all cases, the icon in the bottom task menu just has lost the connection to the app.

You can delete it, then find the EN app in the start menu, Right Click it and Pin it freshly to the task bar.

No, still doesn't work. I even uninstalled the app and re-installed it. Currently I can only use it on the web.

Sounds like a real for a story ticket. Just thought, have you tried right clicking the tray icon and choosing open?
