problems opening up notes on an android

For awhile now I am having difficulty opening up my evernote notes because the pop up from Evernote to upgrade keeps coming up not allowing me to look at my notes or edit and having to pass the back button so I can get access only for a few seconds to my notes. This has never happened to me before. Using Evernote on my laptop has been fine but I do need access with my phone. Anyone have a solution to this problem?  I have attached the pop up screen from Evernote asking me to upgrade that I cannot exit out of and gain access to my notes.

Have you followed the 'unsync a device' link?  Evernote may have mistaken one of your existing devices for a new connection,  and now - apparently - thinks your Android is number 3...
