After installation, the windows with release notes dows not show the full text

I can not fully read the release notes. Maybe it only happens when Spanish is selected as default language of Windows.

Probably it has to do with language settings. 

You can find the release notes here in the forum, or as well in the help database EN offers on their website.

About the window you can issue a support ticket to report the bug to EN.

These are user-to-user support forums so bug reporting does not, usually, get picked up very quickly. A support ticket is best but only available to subscribers.

I have had the same issue persisting for a couple of years...  the window does not allow scrolling or resizing.
