Notes created via web doesn't sync in Windows app

On the notebook with Windows 10 and the updated application to the latest version I have notes stopped at september, while you all the notes on the web are updated. There is something in the synchronization of the notes that does not work or may I've done something wrong?

The lack of a manual synchronization command should be resolved.

Manual sync won't get around some sort of problem preventing your PC from syncing.  Try Tips for troubleshooting syncing issues - and contact Support if you're unable to fix it.

Hold the alt/opt key* before clicking on Help. There is a new menu option „Troubleshooting“, behind it you find the menu for Reload and Force Reload. 

(*) If it does not show, try holding ctrl/strg and alt/opt simultaneously.

Usually this solves a download sync problem. If not you need to reset the local database - there may be something there that blocks the updating.
