forallweknow 4
I have the free version, and out of the blue the desktop version in Chrome on Windows 10 will not load. I have tried reinstalling, but nothing changed. I can bring it up successfully on my Android. Any guidance greatly appreciated 😀 Link to comment

Level 5 PinkElephant 8,819 Posted November 5, 2021 Level 5 Share Posted November 5, 2021 Ave you checked the devices list yet ? Easiest way is on your phone, EN app settings, tab account, devices. You can use only 2 devices at a time. If there are more, you need to unsync devices. There is a limit on unsyncs per month as well. Link to comment
forallweknow 4
@gazumped ~ I did reboot the system, and that did not correct it. @PinkElephant ~ I checked, and there are only 2 in use. Link to comment
Level 5 PinkElephant 8,819 Posted November 5, 2021 Level 5 Share Posted November 5, 2021 OK, next steps, just as ideas: EN sometimes collides with the WOT web of trust extension. If you have it installed, deactivate it, quit Chrome, restart the browser and try again. Look up the EN cache in Chrome, trash it. Quit & restart Chrome Link to comment
forallweknow 4
@PinkElephant Unfortunately I posted too soon. It never fully loaded. Now I got the latest upgrade, and I can't even load Evernote on my desktop. I get the attached message after waiting for a couple of minutes. Things I have tried that do not fix the issue: rebooting my system revoking the account and logging back in uninstalling and reinstalling EN It's all fine on the phone ~ it just the desktop that is having these severe loading issues. Level 5 PinkElephant 8,819 Posted November 13, 2021 Level 5 Share Posted November 13, 2021 I think you should check your devices again. Unsync the desktop, to get down to 1 device left, and then restart the PC and try again. It may be that for some unknown reason, it does not recognize the PC client, and believes it is a new device, Link to comment
