Scannable won't save or send

I have a 19 page document.  It gets to the send page and will not send, share, or save.  There is no error message.   It only allows me to deselect all or choose imag/pdf or cancel.

iPHone xr, latest os.

Looks as if there is a serious malfunction.

No idea how to solve it when you got stuck like this. Maybe ask support.

Or close the app, uninstall, reinstall. The scanned pages will get lost.
