Subscribed to Premium via the Google Play store but still stuck on Plus

Hi Support and fellow Evernote users!

I upgraded from Plus to Premium via the Google Play store on the Android App. Whenever I try to customize the homepage, I still get the "Upgrade to save these changes prompt" both in the android app and Windows desktop app. 

On a lark, I still tried to upgrade on the android app but it tells me that purchasing options are not available.

I already cleared the cache in the android app but I don't want to be charged extra attempting to upgrade again elsewhere.

I'd like to use premium! Not sure what else to do here and could not find support to contact.

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to provide assistance in the forums for billing related issues due to privacy reasons.

In this case, you'll want to open a support ticket.

Maybe it just needs a little to trickle down through all the servers and interfaces.

It may help to log out of your account on all clients, to refresh the account information.
