[Evernote Windows] Copy/Paste from any Windows app to Evernote blocks the Evernote app for a 10 seconds, even more

I'm logging this bug, as it keeps repeating on my PC, but also on my Laptop, Work Laptop and so on.

So, when we copy some text from any place, and we select a text to be replaced on Evernote, the Evernote App frozes for a few secs. After multiple tries, the windows 10 stops responding for a few secs

 

Steps to reproduce:

Select any text from word, web etc.

Copy

Go to Evernote - open a Note:

double click on a text in the Note

right click the text, and select paste (replaces the Evernote text with the one copied)

Actual results:

on right click, the Evernote app froze.

I suspect that this is an issue that may well respond to the complete uninstall and reinstall.

Quit Evernote 10. Perform an uninstall.

Delete any remaining configuration and program directories

%LocalAppData%\Programs\Evernote

Then reinstall
