phone number not valid

Hi, I'm trying to set up 2FA but it doesn't recognize my phone number, can you tell me how to solve it it?

 

My phone number starts with 6688XXXXX

Choose „Account“ as ticket type. This is the only type available for Basic users. Since you try to use a feature on the account / profile page, I think it qualifies as such.

If the phone number is invalid, it means it is not active. It's straightforward... If you need this number, then try to restore it. To do this, you need to contact the provider's company. But it may also happen that your number has already been given to another person because you have not used it for a long time. When I lived in Liverpool, I changed several numbers because they were all invalid... Then I decided to switch to temporary phones. After all, I don't need a permanent phone number, and you can always receive sms uk with a temporary one.

A temporary number won't do - you need a permanent number to receive the 2FA codes send to you.

This is probably a support case - maybe has something to do with the international phone code.

Thank you for your answers. Support had no idea what was going on. Finally I changed carried and I received the sms.
