Print configuration missing

We used to be able to define header, footer, margin etc before we print.  Now, if you print from menu bar Note->Print Note, you don't get that anymore.

If you use the "..." within the note to Print..., you get the following.  What happened?

Are you sure this is the right application for printing    
I see Evernote as a browser, and notes are more in common with web pages

For printing features, I use a word processing app   
The document is stored in Evernote as a note attachment

Did anyone ever figure out how to print with the header showing?  Otherwise there is no indication of date on the printed note...

Printing on v10 is still very basic.

You can install the legacy client side by side with v10. It still has got the better printing options.

I raised a support ticket on this.  Surprisingly, it is available on the Evernote Web when you print,  but not on the Evernote Mac.  For now, if you want the header showing, use Evernote Web to print.
