samdale67 4
I don't routinely clip Wikipedia articles, but this morning I needed to clip the following article: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gio_Ponti Clipper attempts to load this hourglasses until I reload the page. Obviously it's important to be able to clip Wikipedia articles. Does anyone know what the matter is? Link to comment

May be a matter of just relaunching your browser and trying again. 1 Link to comment

I'm a windows user so I haven't really been following the issue, Link to comment
Level 5 PinkElephant 8,808 Posted May 27, 2021 Level 5 Share Posted May 27, 2021 Just tried the page above on my Intel MacBook Pro, latest BigSur & Safari. It clipped the page without any significant lead time, offering all options. To try I used simplified mode - it clipped in a matter of seconds, the new note was created and is showing all expected content. @samdale67 Conclusion: Maybe an issue with your Safari settings - or it doesn’t like the M1. Level 5 PinkElephant 8,808 Posted January 10, 2023 Level 5 Share Posted January 10, 2023 No problem with Wikipedia on Safari (Mac mini M1, Ventura 13.1, Safari 16.2). Does it work on other sites ? Make sure you click the Wikipedia donation banner away before you proceed. Link to comment
samdale67 4
Works fine on other sites. Clipper stuck on "Loading Web Clipper ..." I don't think I see any banners. 2023-01-10-09-28-16_screenshot.mp4 Link to comment
