I am not being allowed to use the Basic Version

I have the basic version which I use on my phone and a laptop. I am not being allowed to use either device without upgrading as it seems to think that I am using more than two devices. Can anyone help please? I have a lot of work on there that I now cannot access.

In addition check if there is another device in your list of devices. This could signal somebody has hacked himself into your account. This happens by login data stolen elsewhere.
