I'd suggest you contact Support (which we're not) so they can take a look at your account and it's email connection. Are you having any trouble syncing your account? Emails go to the server, so need to be synced to individual devices. Link to comment

This AFAIK has nothing to do with client updates, it likely was a server side problem. It seems support needed to whitelist accounts that had problems. Not sure whether this is solved already. That feature worked before just fine... Does anyone know how to contact support for Evernote (Premium Version)? Link to comment

All of them went through, including the accounts where mails had disappeared before. It seems some intervention by EN was necessary, so probably one needs to contact support and tell them the mail accounts. Link to comment
