EvafromSussex 2
Using WebClipper on Chrome, on my 2017 MacBook Air running on macOS Catalina My display settings are "default" which is highest available. When using native screen capture none of that is a problem and image is perfectly sharp. Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 12,070 Posted March 12, 2021 Level 5* Share Posted March 12, 2021 Hi. Try removing the extension and re-installing it? Link to comment
Level 5 PinkElephant 8,818 Posted March 13, 2021 Level 5 Share Posted March 13, 2021 This thread is misplaced. It is about MacOS, not iOS. There is no dedicated web clipper for iOS. As a first measure I would uninstall and reinstall as well. To take a screenshot from a website I would use the Macs own tool. Link to comment
EvafromSussex 2
Thank you, guys. I un-installed and reinstalled and it did not fix the issue. PinkElephant, of course I can use Macs own tool, but it misses the point I am making, that the software I am paying for offers a functionality and then does not deliver. Eva Link to comment
