Why is presentation mode not supported anymore?

Idea

Hello!

Out of curiosity, why is presentation mode not supported in the new Evernote versions anymore? It was such a nice feature and I found it really innovative when it was introduced (and still think so). Such nice execution too, how the UI was designed and built.

The best thing was that you could make notes, think about things, puts some words into a note while doing so and instantly you had a presentation for your team about it. That's why it was a real time saver for me and I used it a lot.

Although the new version looks great, don't get me wrong. Still some bugs to get out of the way, but really nice work. It still leaves me with two questions:

  1. What's the reason behind this?
  2. Is there no way this is coming back, ever?

Saldy I don't know if I will be a paying customer for much longer if it doesn't. I really like Evernote and have been a paying customer for years, but currently my workflow feels broken.

Can someone shed some light on this? Thank you!

I just installed Evernote 10.4.4 onto my Windows 10 system. I had the "old version" previously. I use presentation mode frequently but can no longer find presentation mode. Am I overlooking it somehow or did it go away. I hope it didn't go away because this was a great time saving feature for me.

Definitely listed as a discontinued feature here https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/360047889234

Thanks for the responses. This certainly is disappointing to see presentation mode taken away. For me, it makes meeting preparation much easier. I may use the legacy version, but since that won't be a good long-term solution I'll need to find another way to make my meeting workflow go smoothly. Thanks again for the input.
