HerbEppel 2
Is it possible to create meaningful (rather than random) names for shareable links, without having to use a third-party service such as Bitly? Thank you. Link to comment

HerbEppel 2
Thanks for your quick reply, but it isn't quite what I had in mind. Here is an example of one of my recent notes:https://www.evernote.com/shard/s43/sh/829c10a4-95c9-6d02-34fe-a2dff205bf93/2dfa9c0cd39f0d7620d7d0235c9bbbb3 With Bitly I can give it a short, meaningful name like this:https://bit.ly/AlanTitchmarshLeafBlowers It would be great if Evernote had an in-built facility for creating such links, i.e. of the formhttps://www.evernote.com/CustomName or perhapshttps://www.evernote.com/shared/CustomName Link to comment

You could suggest a user definable option in an Ideas forum... Link to comment

Description 2. Link (https://www.evernote.com/shard/s4...) The Description can be any text you want - it doesn't have to be a copy of the link I have a request in the IOS forum Here - the Description should be the note title Link to comment
