Why is my EN not updating to 10.3

I downloaded from the windows store and keep clicking check for updates on my existing EN that I downloaded/installed from the site but nothing. I know I can download from the site the 10.3 version but I want to see how long it takes to even update this app via the store or even the old app!!!! Its been a day; hopefully I am not being impatient 😮

I directly downloaded my current version. I think the irritating thing is the insistance that this is the latest version when I click help -> check for updates. I understand that you might want to reduce the load on the servers by rolling out automatic updates over a few days. However,  if a user specifically asks, I don't think you should lie to them!

I am having a problem with the app updating as well. Every time I check for an update, it says I have the most recent version. Screenshot taken tonight:
