jcgentry 1
I upgraded to v10 today, and now I never get past the app login screen. In fact, it doesn't even prompt me for my password. (I did type my user name in, but blurred it out in the image below.). Nothing happens even after hours of waiting. Below I've pasted what shows up in the Console log repeatedly--I don't know if it's unusual or not. For what it's worth, I was in the beta program before. While I had some slow logins back then, I was always able to get to my notes. Since then I reverted back to the non-beta version (for other usability reasons). Today I installed the latest v10 from the App Store. default 16:33:52.464466-0400 Appex #appex(<-content): message { name: alive, userInfo: { "tabId" : 12445229861529956, "payload" : { "status" : "complete", "frameId" : 0, "tabId" : 12445229861529956, "hasFocus" : false, "isVisible" : true, "eventName" : "alive", "url" : "https:\/\/discussion.evernote.com\/forums\/forum\/719-evernote-for-mac-issues-versions-100-and-above\/?do=add" } } } default 16:33:52.464732-0400 Appex #appex(->background): message { payload: { "status" : "complete", "hasFocus" : false, "isVisible" : true, "url" : "https:\/\/discussion.evernote.com\/forums\/forum\/719-evernote-for-mac-issues-versions-100-and-above\/?do=add", "eventName" : "alive", "tabId" : 12445229861529956, "frameId" : 0 } } default 16:33:52.464824-0400 Appex 0x1071fa8d0 - [PID=0, throttler=0x1071ea498] ProcessThrottler::Activity::Activity: Starting background activity / 'WebPageProxy::runJavaScriptInMainFrameScriptWorld' default 16:33:52.466352-0400 Appex 0x1071fa8d0 - [PID=0, throttler=0x1071ea498] ProcessThrottler::Activity::invalidate: Ending background activity / 'WebPageProxy::runJavaScriptInMainFrameScriptWorld' default 16:33:52.594753-0400 Appex #appex(<-content): message { name: alive, userInfo: { "tabId" : 7940988729448296, "payload" : { "status" : "complete", "frameId" : 0, "tabId" : 7940988729448296, "hasFocus" : false, "isVisible" : false, "eventName" : "alive", "url" : "https:\/\/www.evernote.com\/client\/web?login=true#?an=true&n=e53ea5de-a510-4247-b431-ad98c2365bed&s=s39&" } } } default 16:33:52.595005-0400 Appex #appex(->background): message { payload: { "url" : "https:\/\/www.evernote.com\/client\/web?login=true#?an=true&n=e53ea5de-a510-4247-b431-ad98c2365bed&s=s39&", "eventName" : "alive", "isVisible" : false, "tabId" : 7940988729448296, "frameId" : 0, "status" : "complete", "hasFocus" : false } } default 16:33:52.595091-0400 Appex 0x1071c3160 - [PID=0, throttler=0x1071ea498] ProcessThrottler::Activity::Activity: Starting background activity / 'WebPageProxy::runJavaScriptInMainFrameScriptWorld' default 16:33:52.595383-0400 Appex 0x1071c3160 - [PID=0, throttler=0x1071ea498] ProcessThrottler::Activity::invalidate: Ending background activity / 'WebPageProxy::runJavaScriptInMainFrameScriptWorld' Link to comment

BobFoery 0
I am having the same issues, and I was a member of the beta program prior. I have opened two support tickets (3173696 and 3176273) because I never received a response on the first ticket. If anyone has some troubleshooting tips, please let me know. I am able to use the Evernote Legacy version without issue. Thank you, Bob Link to comment
