Level 5 Shane D. 1,826 Posted October 8, 2020 Level 5 Share Posted October 8, 2020 @TonyDehnke Thanks for reaching out! Are you able to login to Evernote Web and view your notes/content there? Let me know as this will help give me a better idea of what could be causing the issue. Link to comment
TonyDehnke 3
Yes I can login to the website. The iPad app works too. It's just the MacOS app that fails. Link to comment
TonyDehnke 3
I was able to login today.. so guessing it must have been some sort of server error as it's still the same version of the MacOS Evernote app. 1 Link to comment

Go to **Help > Show Log Files** from the menu bar. 3. Attach the Evernote.log file to your reply. To send the app's sync logs, follow these steps: 1. Open Finder 2. From the menu bar select Go > Go To Folder... 3. Paste `~/Library/Application Support/Evernote/logs` and press Go. If you don't find this directory, try `~/Library/Containers/com.evernote.Evernote/Data/Library/Application Support/Evernote/logs` and press Go. 4. Zip the files from that directory. You can do so by selecting all the files in there > right click > Compress 6. Attach it to your response Thank you and I look forward to your reply. Link to comment
