Level 5 Shane D. 1,826 Posted September 16, 2020 Level 5 Share Posted September 16, 2020 Hi All, We've seen a handful of reports that users are experiencing issues with their Noteshelf integration with Evernote. As a workaround solution, tap on the magic wand icon that appears in the HTML window: This should fix the formatting for content that was imported from Noteshelf. Feel free to reach out to me directly if you have any other questions regarding the Noteshelf integration! Link to comment
stocky2605 402
doesn‘t work for me, because the Noteshelf notes are read-only, there is no „magic wand“ icon 2 Link to comment
stocky2605 402
btw. Penultimate is still working fine, it‘s a simple solution, but it works - sometimes distractions caused by palm reaction, but OK. No issues with displaying them in Evernote App. 1 Link to comment
gewappnet 82
As stocky2605 said this workaround is impossible. All Noteshelf notes are read-only and it is not possible to change this. Next idea to fix this disaster? But please try it for yourself before posting. 1 1 Link to comment

gewappnet 82
Any advances in the investigation? The last update did not fix the problem. Link to comment
Victormtz 2
I'm was having the same issue. Noteshelf released a fix in their last app update (8.1.3). That seems to have fixed this problem. BUT.... Now the overall syncing is very poor. Some notebooks sync from Noteshelf but others don't. Is Evernote working on this? Link to comment
gewappnet 82
Yes, the new Noteshelf update fixed it (without any notice!) for newly created notes. But I have hundreds of existing notes that are now unreadable. I would have to do little changes for every single note to fix it and mess up the change dates on the way. 1 Link to comment
