Edit bar disappeared

I wanted to tell you that I am finding a situation in my beloved trusted Evernote app for android.

 

The edit bar disappeared suddenly when I switched from android 9 to android 10

I am very disappointed with this and tried searching without any results

 

Please help me with this situation.

This is an new note 

Now I can not add horizontal line, checkbook, change font, strike through and other features in the edit bar which has disappeared.

Tap the a on the top row, and the edit bar will reappear.
