Evernoter2020 1
I just traded in a faulty Amazon Kindle for a new one. I installed the latest version of Evermore from the Google Appstore. Now I can't see my default Notebook. What should I do to get access on my new Kindle? Any advice will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance! Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 12,030 Posted June 27, 2020 Level 5* Share Posted June 27, 2020 Hi. No clue as to why the default should be missing - can you see other notes? You could try uninstalling and reinstalling the app - not sure how 'latest Android version'-compatible the Kindles are these days, and Kindles are most definitely not (AFAIK) supported; but as a subscriber you could try reporting this to Support... Evernoter2020 1
Nope, no Notes are displayed when I've logged into Evernote with my password. I'll consider going down the Support rabbithole if I don't get any more productive replies to my help request in this forum. Thanks for your thoughts. 1 Link to comment
Level 5 PinkElephant 8,705 Posted June 27, 2020 Level 5 Share Posted June 27, 2020 If you see no notes at all, make sure you have used the right user. One typo, and instead of login in you create a new account. 2 Link to comment
