Missing Notes

Hi. I synced into a new phone and horribly a number of my notes are missing from October 2019 to May 2020. They're neither in my trash nor anywhere else, not even on the web. Pls I must get them back. Kindly help me pls

Hi.  It's possible to have set up a 'new' account with slightly different login details when you move to a new device.  Do you still have access to your old phone? Check to see whether the missing notes are still there.

Log out.  Log in making sure to use the correct userid/password
