Just Becky Ann 1
I am currently using Evernote to organize my rubber stamp collection. I have thousands. I have them all sorted into themes....Like WORDS, FLOWERS, PEOPLE...etc. Right now I have each of those categories as a seperate notebook. Is there a way (am I doing this wrong) or can I set it up differently so that I might could use this program for other areas in my life? Like maybe have NOTEBOOK and then WORDS, FLOWERS, PEOPLE in folders within that Notebook? Then I could have another Notebook that maybe has inventory of my sock drawer or something totally different? Level 5* gazumped 12,049 Posted January 21, 2020 Level 5* Share Posted January 21, 2020 Hi. Separate notebooks sounds fine to me - you could group your rubber stamp notebooks in a stack called Stamps and have other stacks for personal details and socks... How to organize notebooks into stacks Link to comment

And if a note fits several categories? In addition to the Notebook field; notes also have Tag(s) You might want to take a look at the Tag feature Link to comment
