I would like to be able to insert a image or audio in realtime while in a class with my laptop. Take my phone and take a pic or record audio and insert in realtime on my laptop by bluetooth, since we dont have internet every classroom.

Transferring data by bluetooth isn't supported by Evernote

I find the quickest way to get images to my laptop is Google Photos - anything I take on my phone is magically moved onto the web and accessible from my laptop within a minute or two.  Obviously not practical if there's no network connection,  but if you can add any images later,  just take the pictures and edit the note when you have access later...
