tarantula659 0
Hi I have used Evernote for years. Last year, because of great discount, I upgrated my account from free to standrad version. After one year, I feel functions of standard version are useless for me. I just want to use the free version. However, I find Evernote company transfer money directly from my bank account today and upgrate to advanced account. I do not receive an email about this. I am very angry about the behaivor of Evernote company. Could you share your similar experience? Cheers Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 10,766 Posted April 16, 2018 Level 5* Share Posted April 16, 2018 Hi. Any user can change their subscription level to a higher or a lower level of account at any time from this page - look for 'manage subscription'. That page also tells you how much will be taken from your account and on what date. There is no prior email invitation to renew the connection. As you are a paying customer (for the time being) you'll have access to the Customer Service team via https://www.evernote.com/SupportLogin.action - or https://twitter.com/evernotehelps if you have problems with that link. If you did not intend to renew your account at that level you should contact them using the subject 'Payment Issue' and see what they can do for you. (This public forum is -mainly- supported by users. It's read by Evernote developers, but has no link into other support channels) Link to comment

I'm guessing you used the subscription page, provided a credit card number, and authorized Evernote to auto-renew your subscription. Using this page you can cancel the auto renewal. Link to comment
