thewolfe70 7
I create a notebook and then I can add notes. Is there a way to add another notebook inside the first notebook? So I could have a notebook inside a notebook inside a notebook and also have notes in those notebooks. Link to comment

The best you can do is a collection of Notebooks in a Stack For unlimited hierarchy, look at Tags >>So I could have a notebook inside a notebook inside a notebook and also have notes in those notebooks That sounds like the folder inside a folder inside a folder that I detested in computer files I recommend using the Tag system in Evernote. It's important to be able to retrieve your notes when you want them. It's not important which folder/ folder/folder you filed them Link to comment

Evernote has notebooks, stacks, notes and tags: Notebooks contain only notes, not stacks and not other notebooks Stacks contain only notebooks, and not other stacks or notes. A notebook belongs to either zero or one stack. Notes are just your content: text plus attachments. You can add tags to a note. A note belongs to exactly one notebook. Tags are just text labels that you apply to notes. You can apply as many tags as you like to a note, including 0, and the same tag can be applied to multiple notes. Tags in Evernote can be nested in a tree-like fashion, but note that tag names are unique (unlike folder names): A tag can exist in only one place in the tag hierarchy. Link to comment
