Lost ALL notes after an update

How do I find my lost notes?  I probably (accidently) created a new account which didn't carry the existing notes across.

Hi.  If you use the same username / email address and password,  then you will log into your correct account.  Try browsing to Evernote.com and log in there.  There's a lost password option if you're unsure...

Thank you gazumped.  I've found them.  I was using the wrong password.

Now how do I merge the 2 Evernote accounts.  Must I cut and paste each note in the new account on to the old one?

Two options

• share notebooks between accounts
• export your notes in enex format, then import them to the other account (separate files for each notebook)

Hi. Renewing your subscription is most unlikely to have affected your notes. Did you accidentally create a new account?
