Link in note header

I created a note, then I have pasted some content from a Excel file. All is ok, but in the header note the hyperlink is impossible to edit or to remove.

Hi.  Try clicking the circled " i " and the drop-down next to URL in the subsequent pop-up menu.  Choose an option.

What you're seeing is not in the header, but the "URL" (which can be a link to any of a number of things, including local files) that Evernote believes is relevant to your note. I find that this is usually right for notes clipped from the Web, but an intrusive annoyance for pretty much anything else. @gazumped's solution will fix it. "Clear" works; but sometimes it just comes back.
