cheesetec 5
Hi there, I have an issue when copying conversations from Skype for Business into Evernote (using Paste clipboard shortcut key). The note is created with the pasted conversation, but fails to sync. The log shows "error: "Illegal to contain CDATA (ENML_VALIDATION)" I am running Evernote public release ver 6.7.5.5825 (305825) Skype for Business version is 2016 MSO - 16.0.8431.2046 This issue is easily replicated, any conversation pasted into evernote repeats the problem. dddever 0
So, what is CDATA (ENML_VALIDATION)? I have the same problem with a document I scanned. Link to comment

ENML is the format base used by Evernote. It's a subset of HTML; there's documentation at https://dev.evernote.com/doc/articles/enml.php I can add all sorts of fancy HTML code in a note. My experience is Evernote validates and drops anything invalid. It looks like you hit something that's stopping the process.
