Hi.  I already have Workflowy functions in Workflowy.  We're very fond of it around here.  I can use it to draft out a list or a page of information,  then copy/ paste into Evernote.

Until this gets implemented, you could use MS Word as your editor, and store the documents as note attachments.  

Word supports collapse/expand of outlines, and Evernote works well with Word attachments
