Unexpected text change into gibberish in the notes

Hello, I gave the same issue and form my side i can confirm that i made notes "manually". (WebClipper and 3rd party tools were not used). All notes were created via Evernote Win App or Evernote Android app. I found that old notes are like that, maybe that time i used - Windows CE or Windows mobile evernote app. Do we have solution already? what to do? how to convert back?
