If it’s not yet available in-app via the Help tab > Check for updates, try installing it manually from the website.

  4. It appears to me that this is currently not a feature on the new Evernote app. You can open a support ticket and submit this as a feature request so the team can pass it along to the devs for further review.
  5. What are your steps to reproduce? I tried it on my end and it is working as expected. I chose any note on my account > Click the More actions button (three dot icon) on the upper right corner of the screen > Copy internal link > Paste it inside any note. Can you clarify if you're pasting the internal link inside the Evernote app? If yes and the issue persists, check if you're running the latest version of the app (Evernote for Android v10.27).

  8. Hi, Are you running Evernote for Mac v10.31.6? You can locate the running version of your app via the app's Help tab from the toolbar > About Evernote. If not yet, please do the necessary to update either via MAS (if you have installed it there) or via direct download at www.evernote.com (recommended). This is usually the first basic troubleshooting advised by Support.
  9. Hi PinkElephant, This is absolutely right. The main cloud is rarely affected by issues so it’s best if you always check the web first before submitting tickets to Support. If the issue doesn’t happen on web then it maybe device-specific, and user can try some basic troubleshooting steps (depending on the affected device) - first things first - check if app is running the latest version!
  10. Hi Elke, Please check if you’re running v10.31.6 on the desktop app. If this will not fix the issue and everything is fine on web, try removing the Evernote data by signing out. This is usually a basic troubleshooting advised by Support. 👍
  11. Notes and notebooks added to Shortcuts tab on iOS and Evernote Web disappears or shows inconsistent contents every time. Issue is encountered both on iOS 10.26 and Evernote Web 10.30.
