Going deliberately to a tag to work on related content and having notes list refreshed to all notes after creating a new one in the tag is frustrating, counter-intuitive, and counter-productive. I've used Evernote over the years specifically because the tags are in a hierarchy and this behavior is another reason I spend a lot of time looking for an alternative.

Just started for me in the latest release: 10.68.3-win-ddl-public (20231218124244) Editor: v176.42.0 Service: v1.83.1 Issue is exactly as described in the original post. Really annoying, since I don't use cross links arbitrarily but only when I know I will have a hard time finding it later. Also started using the internal links in Outlook as handy way to jump where I needed to. Product has been going downhill for long time now, while the price keeps climbing.

The below screen is a fairly typical proportion for taking notes while in a meeting, though I frequently need to go even narrower to see presented content while taking or reading notes:

I received this notice on Windows this morning. The newer versions are unusable in Windows because they have a minimum width the precludes effectively using other applications at the same time, which is how I need to use it 90% of the time. Someone noted earlier that it will work until it doesn't, which is when I will migrate to Obsidian, which lacks features I like but has the key feature I need.
