The Shortcuts menu is visible. It shows a few of the Shortcuts I had in version 6. But not all. I found one of my notes that is supposed to be in the list. In the note options, I chose to "remove from shortcuts." Then I chose to "add to shortcuts." A yellow star now appears on the note. But it makes no change to the Shortcuts list whatsoever. I have tried adding other notes to Shortcuts. I cannot make any new notes appear on the Shortcuts list.

This. Many of us rely on this product for our business. It was called "Evernote Business," after all. You need a prominent announcement to these users of what the future holds for them, so we can decide whether Evernote Business will work for our businesses again.

F3 and Ctrl+Alt+T also do not work reliably. In the Ctrl+Alt+T screen to add tags, there is no ability to create a new tag. That has to be done in the status bar upon pressing F3. Obvious oversight.

I have noticed when working on notes that Evernote 10 begins making duplicates of the note I am working on. By the time I am done I sometimes have to figure out which of the 2-4 notes is the correct one and Trash the rest.

I am reporting some inconsistent/unreliable behavior on some hotkeys: The Ctrl+Alt+1 Ctrl+Alt+2 Ctrl+Alt+3 hotkeys to bring up the All Notes, All Notebooks, and All Tags screens, do not work reliably. I have not been able to figure out how to get them to work, but sometimes they will just start working. But then they will stop working again.

To add to the list of problems: (This is a fairly new i7 8th gen machine with 16G RAM) Moving notes is unreasonably slow. I just moved 30 small notes from one notebook to another in the same account. It took close to 2 full minutes. Capping the number of notes that may be moved or tagged at a time to 50 is unacceptable. It takes between 8-18 seconds from the time I double-click on a note until the time it opens in a new window. The content of the note pane fails to update when scrolling through the note list with the keyboard. Typing does not appear on screen contemporaneously with typing; frequent lag in appearance of typed text. I want to give credit. I have not experienced "Evernote Not Responding" notices as I persistently got in the prior versions. The interface is improved, such that I could feel comfortable training my team on it (I did not feel that way with the old versions). The new tagging tool is excellent. The "Recent notes" feature is a nice touch. Placing a button to jump directly to a note's containing notebook is another nice touch. But the slowness is a nonstarter. I am going back to the old version. Version 10 needs a "Beta" label affixed to it. It simply is not ready. Don't trash your goodwill, Evernote.

Very excited for this release. Love the appearance, for the most part. But there are serious problems, in order of priority: It is too slow to be functional. Just all around. No longer any access to Business notebooks. Once you "leave" a notebook, kiss it goodbye, because though it exists in the "Enterprise," there is no way to access Enterprise notebooks. Major oversight here. Note links no longer work. Hotkeys don't work reliably. One minute they work, then the next they don't, then a few moments later they're working again. I am not crazy about the hard firewall between Business and Personal. But I could get over it if the app worked more quickly. No sync button, no sync status, so no way to know why new notes aren't showing up or when they'll get there. I hope these issues can be resolved quickly. Above all, if this can't be made faster and more responsive, I just cannot use it.

I make heavy use of internal note links. They do not seem to work in the new EN 10. I can copy the internal note link to the clipboard. And then I can paste that link into another note. But when I click on the green hyperlink.... nothing.

In the new Evernote 10, how do I quickly search my Notebooks or Tags? I relied heavily on Ctrl+F1 to find and go to a Notebook quickly, and Ctrl+F2 to find and go to a Tag quickly. How do I do that with EN 10? The main search, Ctrl+Alt+S, sometimes lists the desired result, but if there are other notes or tags or notebooks also matching the search term, it crowds out other results. So it is no longer as functional.

I mean, there used to be a button next to the Notebooks button/heading that allowed you to browse your business directory. I can't seem to find any way to get back there under the new version 10 update.

Does that mean that the only way you can have access to a Business Notebook (other than the ones you yourself created) is to make them part of a "Space"?

I just upgraded to the new Evernote 10. My business has some notebooks that are published but that I have not "joined." I can't seem to find how to join a notebook in the new interface. Need assistance. Thanks.
