  1. I run several businesses and usually have 1 space per business. My main use of "spaces" is that the employees of company X have access to the notebooks in company X. The employees of company Y have access to the notebooks in company Y. I use Zapier/Make.com type automations with our existing CRM. For example, we have a new file that enters the CRM, the automation creates a new notebook in Evernote. The problem we encounter is that the new notebook is always created in my personal account and is not accessible to the employees of company X. After checking with several automation and API experts, it seems that there is no API command to create a default notebook in a specific SPACE. Nor is there an API command to move an existing notebook to a specific SPACE. Today, I have to manually move each notebook created in this way from my personal notebook to the space in question. Which isn't very practical and makes all the existing automation meaningless. Does anyone have a solution or have experienced a similar situation?
  2. It seems that the Email was not arriving because the account already had a personal Evernote account. It seems like if an Email address is linked to a personal Evernote account, it cannot receive Evernote Teams invitations (which is a bit weird...). This is still strange, as we were unable to close the personal account associated with this address. When we clicked on the "send confirmation code" button, the confirmation code never arrived either. The solution was to send the invitation to another address.
  3. Here is the solution I found to contact the support: I used this link: https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=254668&guest=true&guest=true (Thank you @PinkElephant). I chose: 1. Account Management 2. Two-Step verification 3. This allows to click on "Submit ticket".
  4. Still no answer from Evernote after 5 days. If any of you have a contact there, I'd be grateful if you'd pass the word on. This can't be serious.

  6. Windows 11 Pro Using Admin Console from Edge browser. The dashboard says that the invite was successfully sent. Tried to revoke access and invite again. Tried the "Resend" button multiple times.
  7. Yes I am a paid subscriber for many years. I am paying for 3 seats for a Evernote Teams account for 530 USD per year (maybe I should consider change subscription). The website doesn't let me log in so I am not able to have access to support. What a shame...
  8. Thanks. Unfortunately doesn't seem to work (See screenshot below) Ho
  9. I am trying to invite a New User. I have 3 seats. When I send the invitation link for the 3rd seat, the Email doesnt get through. I can't open a support ticket (link not working on evernote website). Can anyone help?
  10. I am trying to open a support ticket but none of the links seem to work. Here is what I tried: Went to Evernote Help & Learning Clicked on "Log In to Help & Learning" Every time I enter credentials, I am redirected to Evernote Web Can anyone send me a direct link fot opening a support ticket? Thank you.
  11. It's a PC, AMD Ryzen 9 5950X 4.1 Ghz, 32 GB of Ram running on Windows 11 Pro with a fast internet connection.
  12. This is what I hate most about new Evernote (see attached GIF). If GIF not displaying correctly, see here:
  13. I still use both. Evernote Legacy at office and Evernote X at home. Syncs both ways.
  14. Notion is a good tool for organising ideas, processes and to work in teams. However, I don't find Notion a suitable tool for storing large quantities of scanned documents. In fact, I can't find any tool as efficient, fast and effective as Evernote Legacy for storing large quantities of scanned documents such as PDFs. For these reasons, I think we should do everything we can to keep Evernote Legacy.
  15. Dear members of the community, I'm not giving up hope. If you're one of those people who's still using Evernote Legacy, or if you've upgraded to the new version of Evernote and regret it, let me know on this forum. The idea is to gather as many ideas as possible to find a solution and draw Bending Spoons' attention to the fact that there is a (large) active community who need the old version.
  16. OK, so let's raise funds to make a spin-off and operate Evernote Legacy through the community. There's always a solution!
  17. If the developers have left and there's no longer any financial reason to maintain the old version, I'd ask the developers to make it open source. That's the best thing to do.
  18. Dear Community Members, Today, I want to highlight a tool that has become an integral part of our digital lives – Evernote Legacy. It’s more than just an app; it’s the cornerstone of our online document management. Here’s why we should continue to embrace it: Clarity and Ease: Evernote Legacy boasts an interface that’s the epitome of user-friendliness. It’s intuitive, straightforward, and lets you find what you need without any fuss. The design is admittedly a little dated, but for professional work or for continuing to be able to work according to the routines we've developed over the years, this interface is perfect! The new version has removed the horizontal shortcut bar, and that alone makes it harder to see important notebooks. Speed that Delivers: Evernote Legacy is quick, responsive, and doesn’t keep you waiting. Instant PDF Access: When it comes to opening PDF documents, Evernote Legacy is like lightning. You click, and it’s there – no delays, no loading screens. Seamless Offline Sync: With Evernote Legacy, your notes sync locally in a snap, allowing you to work offline effortlessly. In contrast, the new version makes offline work feel like navigating a maze – it’s complicated. But it’s not just about using Evernote Legacy; it’s about ensuring its longevity. To the developers who have crafted this indispensable tool: we urge you to continue your support. Evernote Legacy is irreplaceable for many of us, especially those who rely on it as a scanned document library and for work. The newer version, while innovative, introduces features that some of us find superfluous. Moreover, it lacks the speed we’ve come to depend on. We’re not looking for some trendy AI tool – we just need the robust, efficient Evernote Legacy that gets the job done. Our request to developers: Continue support for Evernote Legacy Remove the annoying update pop-up So, let’s unite in this call to action: keep supporting Evernote Legacy. It’s not just software; it’s a part of our daily routine that we can’t afford to lose.
  19. How do I download my notes for offline use? They all seem to be loading from the internet. Not very practical in the event of an internet outage when you need to have access to important business files. And everything is soooo slow compared to old version... I am going back with Legacy...
  20. When when I press CTRL+Q in new version the Evernote Window shrinks??? Still a mess...
  21. Is the keyboard shortcut issue fixed? For example, is it now possible to search for Notebook by pressing CTRL+Q in Windows?
  22. Just went back to Evernote Legacy because of the lack of keyboard shortcuts in Evernote 10.
