    No it doesn't help, i have my reminders as tags prio 1, 2, 3 etc. when i go through them I filter on the the tag then sort on the notebook so my notes with todos are group by project/notebook, if I need to do a search every time it's like 40 searches that is not very efficient.

    Look intop this for custom keyboard shortcuts and hotstrings https://www.autohotkey.com/. Talk to chat GPT to generate the code etc. Be ware chatgpt is not trained on Auto hot key 2.

    Your arguments makes no sense. It's just common sense to be able to sort on columns that exist. The use case is, that my tags are notebook wide which means I have the same tags in many notes books. I'd like to somehow sort/group notebook so I see all notes togheter for that notebook.

    I've seen you're pretty much answering on all posts where there is a need that it's not relevant. Anyhow, would you know why this simple functions is not implemented? It's just choosing the width of the sidebar, what is the limitation here?

    Pink Elephant, by "location" i mean "Notebook". Of course I don't need to sort on geo-location. C'mon why would i want that?

    None of your business, it's just a simple feature. I got a few notes and notebooks so I need to have longer titles. I'm quite of a power user so don't try to tell me I don't know how to use Evernote.

    Hi, Why can't there be an option to have it on top or bottom? I've been on Legacy since EN10 doesn't provide the features and the stability i need.

    If you want it to open that do as gazumped says open it in a new window. I use stacked notes sorted based on title with numbers so it's very convinent to have a shortcut to the top note then use arrow keys to get to the sub notes. It could be an option to hide or not hide the note list when clicking a note from the shortcut.

    I've been in contact with support for 3 years, this simple feature is still missing so thought I was going to try the forums. To me it's this is just an essential function in general and it should be included from previous version. It's like using excel and you can sort on half of the columns. There is no logic to that.

    Agree! How is it even possible to make an app 2023 that is worse than a previos app from like 2012. More than 10 years! And now 3 years since release of EN10, cant even sort on location.

    My eyes are most of the time at the top of the note. Also alot of other information is actually at the top of the note. Why should I have to look down / move my mouse to the bottom of the screen to see tags? This makes no sense what so ever, loosing split seconds all day long sums up to quite a lot of time and energy. It's like having the ignition for a car in the trunk, it works, but it's stupid. Regards.

    Not hiding the note list when opening a note from shourtcuts In EN legacy, when opening a note from the shortcuts it takes you to the notebook and shows the notelist. For EN10 it hides the notelist which is not good for productivity and navigation.

    It should be possible, when rightclicking a saved search to edit the actual search string, not only the name of the search. So much for the AI but this is to me more important.

    Sorting on location (notebook) and tags should be possible. This has been possible in Legacy since the beginning of time. How come this is not possible for EN10? I don't want AI, I want to sort based on location for example when I have a saved search for tags that spread over different notebooks.

    Make it possible to adjust the sidebar and notelist wider so it's actually possible to see the whole title of notebook and note. As it says. This was possible since the first version of Evernote I ever used like 2007. I can't se the full notebook title, nor the date created and note title for example

    I completely agree, I can sort every column but reminders, but when I click "all notes" then "reminders" I can sort the reminder column. Why even have a clickable button to show reminders the better way is just to be able to sort the column.

    I agree, insert date shortcut should either follow OS-system setting and/or be customizable in EN.
