The good news is that after another 30-40 minutes, the modified tag did come down in another sync/export, so it seems to be just a very slow process but not a "never" process. This is a very welcome change from earlier.

You may be able to use "outdent" to fix it. It has a keyboard shortcut if you need to use it multiple times. It can be applied to a selection.

I don't think you can do it as an option, but you can get some (too much:) spacing by ending with <shift-enter> then <enter> at the end of each item.

Above these three listed notebooks, do you have your Stacks listed? If so, you can expand those to see notebooks in the stacks (or at least I can).

A workaround is to use the blue plus while editing a note on iOS and choosing "Note Link".

As noted elsewhere, 10.58.3 has resolved this problem for me (on Mac).

Works for me as long as I click inside the note first.
