Web-clipper not keeping preferences.

The web-clipper in Safari has an annoying habit of ignoring my default notebook. I set 'inbox' as my preferred destination for new clippings, but the web-clipper will, after a while, decide that it knows best and clip to the notebook that it thinks is the best choice. So then I have to go back into preferences and re-set 'inbox' as the default. Is this one of those glitches that I just have to put up with, or is it something that can be fixed?

I tried to reproduce your problem (Safari 9.1; Web Clipper 6.8), but it always works for me.

Does web clipper change the radio button setting (see 1), or the does change the default notebook (see 2).

Hi,

it changes my preference from 'always start in inbox' to 'use smart filing, so the radio button switches from the bottom button to the top.

This happens to me frequently in Chrome and is extremely frustrating.

Also the 'show evernote in search results' thing keeps losing my preferences, too.

Having similar problems with Web Clipper for Chrome on Windows 10. Some preference selections don't seem to work correctly. "Show Evernote content related to my web searches" continues to show even though I uncheck the option.
