Viewing Notebooks

Hello,

I am having trouble viewing my notebooks on the mac desktop evernote version 6.6.1. 

I can view the notebooks and stacks in the sidebar, however when I click on "notebooks" nothing shows up on the main evernote area to the right. I am used to seeing notebook icons there however nothing appears. This is problematic because I have been unable to create stacks. When I click on "Notes", the individual notes do appear in the main area to the right. I have tried syncing and quitting the program however that does not seem to be working. 

Does anyone know how I can get the notebooks to appear?

The first step in self help is to reboot your device.

I'd suggest opening a support ticket; link is below this post in the signature section.

If you're still diy, you can reinstall Evernote

- app and database

Have you tried:  Goto menu View > Notebooks
